AUTISM AWARENESS
April is Autism Awareness Month. Students are asked to participate in Autism Awareness Spirit Week to help raise awareness.

• Monday 4/27: Neurodiversity Monday – wear tie dye or bright colors
• Tuesday 4/28: Rock the Spectrum Day – wear your favorite rock or music t-shirt (or Autism Acceptance gear)
• Wednesday 4/29: Acceptance Fits Day – wear Autism Acceptance or Be Kind clothing
• Thursday 4/30: Pokémon Thursday – wear your favorite Pokémon items
• Friday 5/1: Sensory Friendly Friday – dress in your comfiest clothes and/or accessories

SOL TESTING
We begin our SOL testing this week.

• Wednesday 4/29: Civics and Reading 7
• Thursday 4/30: Reading 6 & 8

SUMMER READING

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is May 4-8! Let's show the LRMS staff how much we  appreciate their hard work. We'll be planning special treats for them for the entire week, so we need your help. You can make a monetary donation here, or sign up to donate items here.

Athletes are reminded to bring their stuff for practice/meets with them to school. If an athlete forgets something for practice/game, please wait until after 3:05 p.m. to drop off so as not to interfere with buses.

Adult tickets $3 and Student tickets $1.  We ask that you don’t bring any bills larger than $20 so that we can make change.

 

Monday will be an “A” day.
