Mr. Dutrow is the Principal of Lake Ridge Middle School in Prince William County Public Schools, bringing 23 years of experience in education, including 14 years in administration and seven years as principal. Under his leadership, Lake Ridge has earned the National Schools to Watch designation and been named a PWCS School of Excellence five times. A 2024 PWCS Secondary School Principal of the Year and Cahn Distinguished Principal Fellow, Mr. Dutrow is passionate about developing collaborative teams, mentoring school leaders, and creating thriving school communities. He is also an IIRP Licensed Restorative Practices Trainer and has presented locally, statewide, and nationally on professional learning communities, school culture, and restorative practices.

Jill Hutchison, Administrative Assistant II

Mr. Prinzivalli joined the Pack in 2023 and is proud to be in his 15th year serving middle school students in Prince William County Public Schools. Originally from Long Island, NY, he moved to Northern Virginia to attend George Mason University, where he later earned a Master of Education in Education Leadership. Go Patriots! Mr. Prinzivalli recognizes the unique importance of the middle school years as students discover their strengths, gain confidence, and grow as learners. He is committed to building a positive and inclusive school community where students feel valued and connected, teachers are supported to collaborate and grow, and every student has the opportunity to learn and succeed. He believes strong partnerships with families are essential to helping students thrive.

I am excited to begin my 23rd year with Prince William County Public Schools and my third year as an Assistant Principal. My educational career includes 14 years teaching second and third grades and seven years teaching high school Spanish. I earned a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University, a Master's in Elementary Education from Marymount University, and an Administration and Supervision endorsement from James Madison University. I have been married for 24 years and am the proud parent of four children and one dog. I look forward to learning and leading at Lake Ridge Middle School this year!

I have worked at Lake Ridge as a 8^th grade Science teacher for 6 years and will be entering my second year as an administrative intern, so I will be starting my 8th year in education. I hold a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech, as well as my leadership degree from James Madison University.

As Dean of Students, I bring 9½ years of teaching experience and a strong commitment to supporting student growth, success, and well-being. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Health and Kinesiology, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, which have prepared me to foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive school community.
