In recognition of Unity Day, we would like all students to wear orange on Wednesday, October 22. Let’s show the importance of Acceptance, Understanding, Inclusion, and Kindness.
LRMS VARIETY SHOW
LRMS presents a Variety Show. The show will be on Friday Dec 5th, and we need you and your special talents! Can you sing, dance, play piano or do magic tricks. Auditions will take place on Monday, Nov 10th. See the event bulletin board near the cafeteria for more information or reach out to Mrs. Couchman in room 1102.
ATHLETICS
As our Fall Season is slowly coming to an end, we are getting ready for our Winter 1 (Boys' Basketball ONLY) season to begin on November 5th after school. To ensure there is enough time for our Athletic Trainer to view and Approve all documents in Arbiter, the cut off to submit your athletic physical will be October 31st at 11:59 pm. Remember that you must submit pages 1-3 of the PWCS Athletic Physical (found on our school website) and complete all components of the Arbiter registration process. A doctor’s signature or stamp MUST be included, on Page 3, for the physical to be accepted. Information about missing documents will be sent out over the next few weeks.

Games ticket prices, CASH ONLY, are $3 for Adults, $1 for Students, Senior Citizens are Free. Please do not have bills larger than $10 to ensure change can be given to all paying customers.
PWCS enacted a no-bag policy for all indoor athletic events at the middle school level. This is in alignment with the policy currently in place at all high schools. This includes backpacks, purses, camera equipment bags, etc. Small wallet-sized clutch bags, clear diaper bags, and medically necessary bags are permitted. These bags may be subject to search. This policy went into effect for indoor athletic events at all middle schools on Monday, January 10, 2022. Our school will have a plan in place to secure any student bookbags as needed during athletic events. We will not be responsible for securing bags from any attendees who are not students at our school. Signage will be posted to remind attendees prior to arriving at the ticket area. We thank you in advance for adhering to this policy and look forward to having you with us to cheer on our student-athletes.
Schools will be closed on Tuesday, October 21 in observance of Diwali.
Monday will be an “A” Day.
