Welcome! My name is Mr. Liberatore and i am teaching 7th grade math this year. This year students in math 7 will be learning about equations, inequalities, probability, proportions, functions, and more. If you click on the useful links it will take you to resources available for your student to be practicing at home. If you click the math 7 tab, it will take you to the calendar. I will post almost everything in the calendar, including what topics we are working on in class and upcoming tests, quizzes, and homework. Please refer there when wondering what your son/daughter is learning in class. Math 7 students are allowed to stay after school for extra help/retakes on Thursdays from 3-4. Students can walk home, be picked up at 4pm, or take the activity bus home. In order to retake a test the student must review with me what they got incorrect on the assessment and then practice to prove to me they are ready to retake.

I am also teaching math 7 extended this year! Math 7 students are in pre-algebra(8th grade curriculum) and will take the 8th grade SOL at the end of the year. These topics include functions, multi-step equations/inequalities, composite figures, and more. If you click the math 7 extended tab, that will bring you to the extended calendar. I will post all topics we are learning in class, in addition to any tests, quizzes, and homework in class. Math 7 extended students should stay after on Tuesdays from 3-4 for extra help or review. Students can walk home, be picked up at 4pm, or take the activity bus home. In order to retake a test the student must review with me what they got incorrect on the assessment and then practice to prove to me they are ready to retake.
