Does your child need to keep busy over the holiday break? Yes?! Well here is your solution, Science World Magazine! The LRMS 6th Grade Science Department purchased a grade-level subscription to this informative and fun magazine. Science World, is middle school friendly, has multiple languages available, interactive videos, and games, too!
There is an optional assignment over the break, due Monday, November 28. Have your student read through the magazine and find two topics that they find interesting. Then, students will write in their Science Notebook, or type, a paragraph (5-7 sentences) for each topic, about why this interests them and some detailed facts from the reading.
