Health and Physical Education Teacher (6th, 7th, and 8th Grade)

Hello, I am Mr. Moss, and I am a Health and PE teacher here at Lake Ridge Middle School.  I am a product of Prince William Schools (k-12), and I am currently in my 14th year of teaching for PWCS.  I currently coach football, girls basketball, and softball.  In my spare time, I stay active by chasing my three little girls around and playing any sport I can.  I am excited to help the students and staff of Lake Ridge have a healthier mind and body.
